*How long is shipping?
     Shipping normally take 3-5 business days
*Why didn't I received my order confirmation number?
     Please contact us and let us know, your email may be misspelled
*When will I be able to track my package?
     Once you're order is processed a tracking number will be sent to your email
*Will I be able to return my order?
     You may send your order back and we will send you a Gift Card via Email
*What payment form do you accept?
     All forms of payment debit/ credit card, Paypal, Apple Pay and ShopPay
*Why was my order Canceled?
     We may get a fraud alert when your payment is accepted, we will cancel the order and notify you via email.
*I never got my package?
       Please contact USPS 1-800-275-8777 to file a claim regarding delayed packages or packages that state delivered but you never received. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS USPS HAVE LOST.
